3. Call transcription, summarisation and action items

Feature availability

When you log into the app, you will see the notification about the feature availability.

Click OK to close the notification and proceed to making a call.

Important

Please note that this feature is only supported for one-to-one calls. As soon as a three-way conference starts, the transcription will stop automatically.

Important

Please note that anyone who has a subscription license to AI Essentials can start a call transcription. However, the transcription starts only after all the parties have given their consent.

Starting a call transcription

To activate call transcription, summarisation and action items:

  1. Start a call.
  2. Click Start transcription (the play button with the AI symbol above it).
    ⇒ You will see the consent notification.
  3. Tick Remember if I accept to agree to the Terms and Conditions and start the call transcription.
  4. Click Accept.
    ⇒ The callee will be notified that you have requested the call transcription. Please note that the call transcription will start only after the other party has given their consent.
    ⇒ The call transcription starts. Once the call is over, the transcription is processed and is shown in the History tab.
  5. Go to the History tab to see the call transcription, summarisation and action items.
    Please note that every call that has been transcribed will have Transcription and the AI symobol next to it.
  6. Click the Info symbol next to the call the transcription of which you would like to see.
    ⇒ A new window with the summary and action items will open.
  7. Go to the Transcription tab to see the full call transcription.
